This unique range was developed with organic lines and a timeless design, with inspiration taken from the elements of nature - the shape of the waves, the horizon line and the purest form of design, the egg. To achieve the beautifully crafted, elegant and slim walls of the basins, the Ruy Ohtake collection is made from Fineceramic®. This innovative material from Roca allows for more precision, sophisticated design details and shapes which were not previously possible in standard ceramics. Fineceramic® technology produces ultra-thin edges at a thickness of 5 mm, which also allows the production of pieces that are up to 40% lighter. Fineceramic® is up to 30% more resistant than most conventional ceramics, meaning that the very thin, defined walls can be achieved without compromising durability and offer greater design possibilities.
In addition to their unique strength and design, being 100% ceramic means that the Ruy Ohtake basins are easy to clean, non-porous and resistant to abrasive cleaning products.
