Celebrating Industry Recognition for Maddalin Cordell

Our very own Maddalin Cordell, Marketing & Events Lead, has been recognised with not one, but two prestigious industry awards; winning both the Thirty Under Thirty Award and the inaugural Outstanding Achiever Award.
This recognition is a significant achievement and reflects the impact Maddie has made, not only within Ideal Bathrooms, but across the wider bathroom industry.
While her contribution spans many areas of the business, one of her most notable achievements has been the growth of our annual Meet the Supplier Event. Under her ownership, the event has evolved into a highly regarded industry event. Bringing together customers, suppliers, industry bodies and media partners to create valuable opportunities for collaboration, networking and innovation.
These awards recognise individual achievement, but they are also a reflection of the strength of our business, our culture and the support of colleagues across Ideal Bathrooms.
Successes like this are rarely achieved in isolation, and Maddie would be the first to acknowledge the encouragement, collaboration and teamwork she has received along the way.
