January 2026 marked a record-breaking start to the year for Ideal Bathrooms, and it’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Ideal team, which reinforces Ideal Bathrooms is the partner of choice. Providing unrivalled support to help our customers thrive.
January saw the launch of our biggest-ever Big Yellow Price Guide, featuring six new supplier partnerships and over 1,000 additional blue van (always in stock) items. It’s our most comprehensive edition to date, giving our customers more choice, more value and more chances to win.
We launched our unbeatable spares range in 2025 and this is growing in 2026, reinforcing our commitment to providing fast, reliable access to the products our customers depend on.
At the same time, our relationships with our supplier partners remains the heart of what we do. The collaborative way we work together enables us to deliver excellence at every stage. Whether that be providing our customers with the best in bathroom brands, launching new and exciting products or ensuring the right item for the project – we are dedicated to having what customers need in our warehouses and on our vans.
We’re also incredibly proud of the level of service we provide. Our team achieve a world class delivery service every day. In 2025 this included improvements to 5-day delivery schedules in most of Wales, and now offering our unbeatable service in Northern Ireland. Reliability is one of our biggest differentiators and we’re committed to raising that bar even further.
Enhanced delivery tracking is something we have recently introduced to our customers. Using state-of-the-art technology, this allows our customers to track their orders from the moment it is loaded onto our specialist vans to when it is delivered to their doorstep.
