Following the latest government announcement at the weekend (31st October), we wanted to reassure you that Ideal Bathrooms plan to remain fully operational throughout the further 4-week National lockdown, scheduled to last up to the 2nd December.
The Prime Minister has explicitly stated that construction and manufacturing should continue to operate, therefore our role in the supply of goods and the service levels we offer you, will remain unchanged at this time.
Our utmost priority continues to be the safety of our colleagues and customers. To support our employees well-being and safety, all staff that can work from home will be doing so.
During this transitional period we would like to remind you that our website is fully operational enabling you to place orders, check stock and view in depth product information. If you are yet to register for your online trade login please visit https://register.idealbathrooms.com
Our sales office staff will continue to be able to support you between the hours of 8am - 17.30pm, Monday to Friday but we advise placing orders via the website or by e-mail at [email protected]. Our external sales team (ASMs) will also still be available to contact for all your requirements.
